My background has been a model & also running a modelling agency since the time I started working. I moved to the sales in electronic typewriter because of the limited opportunity in modelling line. I chose the insurance industry because of the possibility of being an entrepreneur. I believe I can materialise my dreams thru this industry. I chose to work with Allianz Life Insurance Company because the sound & strong financial background and the supports given by the top management. I have qualify myself for various awards & co. convention trips and be a member of Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT : Top 3% producers worldwide) & be a high income earner.

The producers I have recruited have accomplished various levels of monetary and non-monetary achievements; not just increased earnings but also qualifying for various foreign trip convention & awards. We have developed many Star producers. 1 out of 5 agents in our agency is a Star producers, which means 20 % of our producers are earning RM 100,000 income per annum.

我是 CHRISTY CHENG 来自于BCA AGENCY 。还没有成为代理员之前我是一位书记，那时候的我只有18岁；很天真。每天早上9:00上班，5:00下班，之后就回家看电视。我第一次为自己出了一辆KANCIL，那时候的我已经很开心。可是人会渐渐长大，而我时常会参加晚会，因为我是在保险公司当书记。

我想改变我的人生，我就加入成为AGENT，MR BOBBY GAN就是我的 LEADER。2001 年至 2002 年我做 PART-TIME ，2003 年之后我就成为 FULL TIME AGENT。在这个行业可以给我赚到我想要的梦想，我现在驾的车是 HYUNDAI TUCSON，我接下来的梦想车是BMW。我年度薪金也有10万以上(如果我还在打工肯定没有这样的薪金)。

ALLIANZ 公司每年还有给我出国TRAVEL，我去过JAPAN，墨尔本，HONG KONG 等等国家。每年我还会与我的家人出国TRAVEL。这个行业不但可以赚到$$$$，还可以免费出国；可以自我成长。
